The practice is led by three directors Chester Bullock, David Gillies and Joel Wallace. The directors are collectively committed to all stages of the building process and encouraging a constant client contact to ensure a commitment to responsible and controlled project delivery.
Chester Bullock
Chester is the founding director of Bullock Consulting and as a structural engineer has over 30 year experience designing, documenting and administering numerous projects throughout Tasmania.
David Gillies
David joined Bullock Consulting in 2005 as senior design architect and he has a comprehensive knowledge of the design, documentation and administration of many varied projects ranging from residential to commercial and industrial.
David was made a principal of the firm in June 2007 and brings over 20 years of architectural and building experience to the company.
Joel Wallace
Joel joined the company in early 2004 after 12 years at KPMG. Having strong commercial and accounting skills Joel plays a significant role in our practice assisting in the management of architectural projects and managing our Surveying and Civil engineering divisions.
